How Our Rodent Control Process Works
Inspect and identify. We determine what you have, how many, how they're getting in, and what's feeding them. Species matters — the treatment for roof rats looks nothing like the treatment for house mice.
Remove the active population. Traps and tamper-resistant stations go on established runways, placed where children and pets can't reach them. We return to check and reset until activity stops.
Seal them out. Every entry point we can reach gets closed with rodent-proof material. Skipping this step is why rodent problems come back every fall.
Clean up, monitor, and warranty. We handle contaminated insulation and droppings, set up monitoring, and back the work in writing so you know exactly what's covered.
Rodent Exclusion: The Step Most Companies Skip
